Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances and decants cannot be returned or exchanged. We thank you for your understanding.
Unopened products
An unopened decant may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the packaging is intact and still sealed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item damaged in transit, or one that does not match your order, we will arrange an immediate exchange or a full refund.
Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receipt, attaching a photo of the item in question.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 5 to 10 working days of your request being confirmed.
